YES, we are still working in line with government advice.
What if I am isolating?
No problem, we will access the roof and call you when onsite. All comms can be carried out over the phone. Just advise of this when making your enquiry.
How do you accept payment?
We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit/debit card over the phone, we will then post the receipt to client. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque or cash at this time.
Are you social distancing?
We are STRICTLY social distancing from all of our clients by 2 metres or more. We cannot access the inside of ANY properties and cannot accept any beverages. We must insist that all of our customers adhere to this protocol.
Are your suppliers open?
Most of our suppliers are open and operating on a click and collect basis. Please note however that sourcing some materials may take longer than usual.
